Welcome to EmotiFace, an AI-based augmented / virtual reality camera service provided by KAKAO BRAIN Corporation (the “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

Along with the Privacy Policy, this Terms of Service (the “Terms”) governs access to, and use of, the Company’s EmotiFace services, whether provided through mobile application (our “App”) and their contents (the foregoing, collectively and any part thereof, the “Services”).

In order to use the Services, you must have accepted these Terms, which are presented to you:

• when you first open the app and,
• when we make any material changes to the Terms.

Of course, if you don’t accept them, then don’t use the Services.

2. Who Can Use the Services

EmotiFace’s Services allow users to change their face to another avatar or character using AI-based augmented reality with device camera. This App also recording their own video(all such collectively, “Contents”) with avatar or character with own head pose and face expression.

• Support face accessary such as mask, glasses, sunglasses
• Support physics based motion
• Support video recording with sound

You own the Contents that you record using the services, subject to the terms and conditions of the Terms and applicable Law and subject to your full and ongoing compliance with the Terms and with all other agreements between you and the Company.
